Return Policy:  If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). All returns must be accompanied by a RMA. Returns without an RMA will be refused and sent back to the customer. Sorry, no exceptions.

Unopened items: New unopened products can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of shipping date.  Exchange items are shipped to you at no additional cost. Returns for refund are processed upon receiving the products. Credit card payments are credited back to the card, all other forms of payments are credited by check. We issue credits upon receipt of your returned product but please allow one full billing cycle for credits to appear on credit card statements.

Opened items: If you discover that the product does not satisfy your needs you can return it for refund within 10 days of shipment. However the volume of the product returned must be no less than 3/4 the original volume.  Opened items (unless defective) cannot be exchanged but can only be returned for a refund.

Damaged items: If an item arrives damaged please inform us about it as soon as you receive the item. If the package arrives with visible damage, you should refuse the package and inform us. We will send you a replacement at no additional charge. In most cases you will need to return the damaged package. The courier that delivered the package will arrange for the pick up.

Wrong item: If you receive the wrong item, we will provide you with a paid return label and send you a replacement free of charge if you notify us about incorrectly shipped items within 10 days of the receiving of the shipment.

Defective items: If an item you received proves to be defective we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund. We ask that you ship the item back to us at no cost to you. If an exchange is requested it will be sent to you immediately -- or if a refund is requested it will be issued immediately -- after we receive the item and confirm that it is defective.

Shipping charges: If you return products for refund or exchange, we will refund shipping and handing charges for your original order. If returning a partial shipment the shipping and handling charges for the returned item will be prorated proportionally to the value of the original order.
